A NetworkNite host greets you, confirms your name and shows you the setup for the evening. At check-in you'll get:
- a quick Connect-Card overview
- your seating or rotation instructions
- a warm welcome to set the tone

Connect-Card overview1–2 min
Your host briefly explains how the Connect-Card works:
- mark who you’d like to reconnect with
- finalize your selections before midnight
- after midnight, your mutual connections are ready

Take your seat1–2 min
Depending on your group, you'll either stay seated throughout the evening or move to the next conversation when cued. Your host makes this clear up front, and the layout is designed for easy, comfortable conversation.
One-on-one roundsThe heart of the evening
Each round is a five-to-six-minute, one-on-one conversation, a quick cue from your host, and a smooth move to the next. You meet every guest, not just the people nearby. No:
- interrupting groups
- scanning the room
- guessing who to talk to

A short intermissionMost evenings
Most evenings include a brief pause partway through, depending on the venue and the size of the room. Time to grab a drink, take a breath and reset between rounds. Breaks refresh the evening; they never disrupt it.

Once every conversation has happened, your host wraps up with a thank-you, a Connect-Card reminder, when your connections will be ready, and what to expect next.

Your Connect-Card selections close at midnight. Then:
