If we cancel an evening, or reschedule it and you'd rather not attend the new date, request a full refund. It comes directly from us. You never need to go through Eventbrite.

Our evenings are ticketed through Eventbrite, and the listings say tickets aren't refundable. That notice means one thing: we can't refund an evening because you didn't make the connection you hoped for. No one can guarantee a particular introduction or outcome.
It never limits the NetworkNite Guarantee. If we cancel or reschedule, your refund comes from us, and if your plans change, your ticket stays valid.

Cancelled or rescheduled evenings used to become credit toward a future evening. Since April 2026, you can choose a full refund instead, requested directly from us. Credit for your own change of plans still never expires.

Can I get a refund if NetworkNite cancels or reschedules an evening?
Yes. If we cancel an evening, or reschedule it and you'd rather not attend the new date, you can request a full refund directly from NetworkNite by emailing info@networknite.com. You don't need to go through Eventbrite.
