NetworkNite is built on trust, clarity and respect, and that includes your information. In plain language: what we collect, why, how we protect it, and what never happens with it. Simple, transparent, privacy-first.

Only what an evening needs.
We collect information only to register your ticket, put you on the guest list, run the Connect-Card and send confirmations or updates. Typically:
- your name and email address
- your ticket details
- the evening’s date and city
- your Connect-Card selections
We don't collect unnecessary demographic or behavioral data.
Intentionally simple.
It uses your first name, an internal event ID and the private selections you make during the evening. The Connect-Card never:
- shows anyone your selections
- reveals who selected you, unless you selected each other
- tracks you outside the evening
- connects to social media or third-party apps
When two guests select each other, and only then, each receives the other's first name and email address. No exceptions. About the Connect-Card
Eventbrite handles it.
NetworkNite doesn't process payments directly. Eventbrite, our ticketing partner, is the merchant of record: it stores your card details and processes your payment to PCI-compliant standards. NetworkNite never sees or stores your financial information.

Privacy is the default.
We protect guest information by:
- limiting access to essential staff
- using secure systems for email
- keeping internal records to a minimum
- never selling or trading guest data
NetworkNite is operated by The Cheeky Lab, LLC. Your information stays within The Cheeky Lab and its own brands, and is never passed to outside companies.

- Sell or rent your information
- Share your email with any guest you didn't mutually select
- Share your Connect-Card selections
- Send marketing from outside companies
- Use your information for advertising
- Track your behavior across websites
- Collect sensitive demographic data
Relevant, never spam.

- for Circle members, occasional invitations to Circle evenings and across the Constellation
You can opt out of invitations anytime.
