🧾 1. What Information We Collect
We collect only the information required to:
register your ticket
place you on the event roster
operate Smart-Card matching
contact you with confirmations or updates
Typical information includes:
your name
your email address
your ticket information
event date & city
your Smart-Card selections
We do not collect unnecessary demographic or behavioral data.
🧠 2. How Smart-Card Uses Your Information
Smart-Card is intentionally simple.
It uses:
your first name
internal event ID
your private selections during the event
Smart-Card does not:
share your selections with anyone
reveal who selected you unless you both match
track you outside the event
connect to social media or third-party apps
Your matches only appear when both people select each other — no exceptions.
💳 3. Payment Security (Eventbrite Handles It All)
NetworkNite does not process payments directly.
Eventbrite — our ticketing partner — is the Merchant of Record, meaning:
Eventbrite stores your card details
Eventbrite processes your payment
Eventbrite handles refunds (when applicable)
NetworkNite never sees or stores your financial information
All payments follow PCI-compliant security standards.

never selling or trading guest data
Privacy isn’t a feature — it’s the default.
🚫 5. What We Don’t Do
NetworkNite does not:
✘ sell or rent your information
✘ share your email with other attendees
✘ send marketing from third parties
